About Francesca
Francesca is a spontaneous puppy with a huge zest for life. She'll be snoozing one minute, and sprinting outside to join her foster siblings in play the next—she’s always ready for action and thinks she’s as big as the older dogs. After plenty of rain lately, it turns out Francesca is a total fan of water. She’ll zoom outside with a moment’s hesitation, only to gleefully romp through puddles and maybe even flop down right in the middle as if she’s discovered her own splash park. She’s still picking up corrections like any young dog, but the main challenge is bath time: now she’s crafty and will try to dash before you rinse her off, so you have to keep an eye out for her sneaky moves. Towel time, though, is her calm moment—she’ll patiently wait as you dry her. If you can’t find her and it’s quiet, odds are she’s curled up for a nap somewhere. This playful puppy is getting the hang of crate training and sometimes chooses to nap in her crate on her own. She’s working on basics like sit, lay down, and wait, and will soon start leash training since she’s just cleared for walks. She’s living up to her Shepherd mix roots—full of energy, affectionate, and eager to join the fun. Francesca gets along with dogs, cats, and kids. If you’re after a lively companion who’s game for puddle hopping and snuggles alike, Francesca might be just what you need. Click apply to start the adoption process.
