About Sassy Girl

Sassy Girl is a spayed female tuxedo cat—black and white—born in August 2019, making her a practical Virgo. She came to the rescue after her long-term owner, dealing with health issues, could no longer keep her. Sassy Girl is reserved and shy at first, especially given her recent upheaval, but she warms up once she feels safe. She prefers indoor life and gets along with both other cats and children. These days, you’ll find her tucked into her favorite sleeping spot, happy to knead her blanket while being gently petted. Transition might take her some time—she definitely benefits from a quiet “safe room” while she adjusts. She needs some patience but will show appreciation in her own way, once settled.
