About Isabel
Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you. Isabel is a senior brown tabby cat with a sweet white chin, born in October 2017, making her a sociable and balanced Libra. Isabel was initially rescued with her friends Jeremiah and Conrad after losing her long-term home and caretaker, and she spent much of her early life with limited human socialization. Because of this, Isabel is quite shy and prefers calm, gentle interactions—she doesn’t seek out affection and prefers not to be held, but may occasionally accept gentle petting in her resting spot. Isabel is closely bonded with Jeremiah and Conrad, and while it would be ideal for them to be adopted together, this is not a strict requirement. For her best transition, Isabel should start out in a "safe room" in any new home, so she can gradually adjust to her surroundings and begin to feel secure. Her quiet presence will thrive with a patient person who understands her reserved nature. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
