Roscoe is a big, cheerful guy who came from a home with several dogs and made his way through the Animal Restoration Kennel before landing here. He thrives on meeting new people and just about always has a grin and a wagging tail. Volunteers have noticed how much he enjoys running and leaping in and out of pools, channeling a carefree playfulness that’s hard to resist. At the shelter, Roscoe currently shares space with another dog, but he would want to meet your resident pup to make sure everyone gets along.
