About Addie
Addie is a high-risk escape artist who’s looking for an experienced adopter ready to handle a clever, determined little terrier mix. She was abandoned in a field with her newborn puppies—two girls and four boys who all share her scruffy good looks and a touch of Westie in their faces. Now that her puppies are grown, Addie is seeking some stability of her own. She’s between 2 and 3 years old, with a soft medium cream coat and a definite hate for the crate. Squirrels don’t stand a chance around her, but she gets along fine with other dogs. Addie is house trained, loves snuggling close, and will happily join you for a car ride or a walk. She struggles with being left alone, so a home where someone is around most of the day suits her best. Addie isn’t a fan of cats, so she needs a feline-free household. Despite her quirks, she's affectionate and loves to sleep right next to you after a day of activity. Think you’re up for the adventure? Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
