Kasper is an albino chihuahua. He's about 5 years old. We found him skinny and malnourished and someone shaved him maybe a child. He's healthy and happy. Dominant and jealous lap dog. Has allergies starting him on cytopoint and he's on salmon diet. He has energy but also loves to snuggle.
