About Honey Cream
Honey Cream is a petite, short-haired Chihuahua in Miami, FL who recently came into rescue with a group of 20 dogs. She’s about two years old and hasn’t had the easiest start, so she’s understandably shy and fearful. Around dogs, though, Honey Cream’s sweet side comes out—she relaxes, and you can spot her watching and learning from her canine friends. She really depends on the company of another small, confident dog to feel secure, which makes a multi-dog household a must for her. Honey Cream can't walk on a leash yet and will need lots of patience and a gentle touch as she learns to trust people and her new home. She isn't comfortable around cats or children, so an adult-only, quiet home with a fenced yard is required. Condos and apartments are not a good fit. She needs the sort of adopter who gives her time to decompress, routine, and the steady guidance necessary to come out of her shell. Only applicants who meet all these requirements will be considered to ensure the right placement. Honey Cream is waiting for a calm, dedicated person to help her build the confidence she’s never had. Your new best friend is just one click away.
