🌼 Meet Delilah – A Soft Soul Ready to Bloom 🌼 Delilah is a 6-month-old German Shepherd mix with a gentle heart and a quiet, loving nature. She came to us from a rural shelter in Tennessee alongside her sister, Sunflower, and is now getting the chance to discover just how good life can be. Delilah can be a little shy at first, especially with new people and new adventures, but don’t let that fool you — once you give her a little attention, she warms up quickly and is ready to be your friend. It doesn’t take much for her sweet personality to shine through. She loves other dogs but doesn’t rely on them for confidence, so she would do just fine as an only dog or with canine companions. Delilah goes right into her kennel and does great in her crate overnight. She’s also learning to walk on a leash and is doing really well — sometimes new things may make her pause for a moment, but she keeps moving forward and is gaining confidence every day. She’s a smart girl who is very food motivated and already picking up on basic commands, making her a wonderful candidate for continued training and growth. Delilah is the kind of dog who will form a deep, trusting bond with her person. With a little patience and a lot of love, she’s going to blossom into an incredibly loyal and devoted companion.
