He is neutered and has received some training, making him a great companion for those looking to add a furry friend to their home. Rusty is dog-friendly, currently living with 3 dogs. We are not sure of his history around cats. He is fairly timid, not a rambunctious crazy boy at all, so has potential to be good around little kids.
