True to his name, Capt is all about taking charge and getting things done. He’s confident, driven, and always ready to be the first one into the action, whether that’s exploring a new space or leading the next round of playtime. This pup has a natural “leader of the pack” energy and isn’t shy about showing it. Capt is playful, loves his toys, and thrives on staying busy and engaged. He also enjoys being held and getting attention, especially after he’s burned off some of that go-getter energy. We were not given any information about his parents, as he and his siblings were taken in during a seizure related to illegal activity. As a young puppy, Capt will need continued training and structure to help channel his bold personality into positive behaviors. With consistency and guidance, he will grow into a confident and loyal companion. He was born in March 2026 and is being fostered in Fort Worth, Texas. OUR DOGS ARE FOSTERED IN TEXAS OR PENNSYLVANIA BUT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION AND TRANSPORT OUT OF STATE. Read below for more information. All of our dogs are located in a foster home in Texas or Pennsylvania. Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Mutts N Such direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc). Our out of state adoption fee is $350 plus transport (varies by location). This fee includes all current vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, fecal analysis, spay/neuter for pets 6 months & older, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old. All dogs will be current on flea/heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed and a certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days.
