About Aida A Potatah

Aida, also called Potatah by her foster family, has a knack for making humans laugh and feel cherished. She’s been with her foster home since spring 2022, arriving in rough shape— thin, scared of dogs, and with more than her share of medical setbacks. She’s learned to love comfort and humans unconditionally, answering to any name you call her, especially if it means couch cuddles or an invitation for a car ride (that’s her favorite; just say "shotgun" and she lights up). Her quirks are part of her charm. Aida is fully house trained and can use a kennel, though she doesn’t require one when she knows the routine. She loves when bathtime means belly rubs and doesn’t mind nail trims or having her ears cleaned—she just wants you nearby. That said, she’s clear about her boundaries: she doesn’t care for other dogs or small animals and would do best as your one-and-only. Leave out a roll of paper towels and she’ll consider it fair game, but only because you tempted her. No Nerf guns or water guns, please—those spook her. Aida is cuddly, loyal, and wants a home with lots of affection. She gets along well with children and is happiest in a cozy spot (shotgun included) by your side. If you’re looking for a snuggler with a big heart and a few understandable quirks, she’s waiting for someone willing to match her authenticity. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
