Aiyana has the resilient spirit you want in a dog—she came to rescue very underweight and injured from being abandoned, but she’s turned the corner into a true little powerhouse. Now, she’s a pint-sized sweetheart with a red and cream short coat who’s bouncing back fast, loving life, and zooming around with her foster siblings. Her rear leg, once close to amputation, has healed up well. Aiyana will need just one more checkup, but her vets expect her to keep all four paws moving. Her favorite things include snuggling under a blanket, learning new commands, and hanging out with the grandkids—kids eight and up are her people. Training is going well and she’s house trained. She gets along with dogs and will do best with a male dog in the home for socialization.
