Ana was left to fend for herself and her six puppies in the mountains of Puerto Rico. She found a safe spot under a house, determined to care for her newborns until help arrived. Thanks to Nilsa, who founded LOAD, Ana and her pups had a chance to recover and grow stronger. Once they were old enough, they made the long journey to New York together, all hoping for families that would truly want them. Ana is ready for a future that looks a lot brighter than her past.
