Ruthie is ready for a cozy retirement and a soft lap to call her own. She spent her earlier years in a hoarding situation, raising litter after litter, but she is finally done with that chapter. Ruthie is a petite Chihuahua who soaks up affection and adores nothing more than curling up for a cuddle. She does need some patience as she works on her confidence and housebreaking, but she's eager to learn and thrive with a gentle touch. Ruthie shares her foster home with cats, dogs of all sizes, and a toddler, getting along well with everyone. A quiet home with plenty of one-on-one attention will help her blossom.
