My name is Alice. I am a 30 pound, 6-year-old Beagle mix. I was adopted to a family a few years ago and returned when their family expanded. I was nervous in that home and didn’t like strangers. In my new foster home I meet everyone happily, even strangers, except the cats. I don’t like cats! I am active, house and crate trained. I know sit and come, but I do pull on the leash, especially if I see a cat. I’m ok with most large dogs but I can be bossy with some of them. I’m not a great snuggler, but do like to hang out with my person; I might snuggle occasionally. I love my tennis ball, running around the yard and walking my human. Also I love car rides, belly rubs, food and toys. I’m a good listener and very smart. I will be most happy in a quiet adult-only home. A calm fur sister or brother would be ok. I'm being fostered in Fredeick, Maryland.
