Dog's Name: Royalty (ROY0526TARFD) Estimated Breed: Pit Bull Terrier mix Approximate Age: 2 years Approximate Weight: 50 lbs Currently Living at: Coming Soon Adoption Fee: $400 DOG'S DESCRIPTION: Meet Royalty This lovely young lady is on a quiet quest for a forever home where she can simply be herself — calm, kind, and effortlessly easy to love. Royalty is a truly friendly girl who greets the world with go-with-the-flow attitude that makes her a joy to be around. When introduced to other dogs, Royalty showed just how special she is. She met both a male and a female dog and handled both introductions beautifully (see videos). Even when the male got a bit too forward, Royalty remained composed and showed no signs of aggression — just calm, steady patience. With the female, she continued to shine, staying relaxed and neutral throughout. She's not one to seek out rough-and-tumble play; instead, she seems happiest simply coexisting peacefully by your side or alongside other easygoing pups. Royalty would do wonderfully in a home that appreciates her laid-back nature — whether that's with other calm dogs or as your one-and-only companion. Are you ready to give this beautiful girl a chance? Apply today to come say hello to Royalty and you'll see just how easy it is to fall in love. Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family. Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.
