Bambi is a young, 10 month old Hound-like dog (a mix of some sort) that was found on someone's property along with his brother, Max and sister, Star, in Fresno California. They were taken to the shelter after the owners could not be found and vaccinated and nursed back to health. Bambi is beginning to learn to walk on a leash and, while a little bit scared of the process, is very loving and quickly comes to his person when we kneel down to his level. He loves to be cuddled, and is full of puppy play energy and gets along great with the other dogs his size. He and his siblings are still only about 30 lbs, which means they'll probably stay fairly small. Bambi is still very much a puppy, and does still need some help with potty training, which he will undoubtedly excel at in an environment where he is able to get more one on one attention.
