About Gus
Start your journey together! Apply now. Say hello to Gus, your future star student! Gus is a 7-month-old, 35-pound pit mix from North Carolina with a heart as warm as the southern sun. With his sweet temperament and untrained nature, Gus is the ultimate blank slate, ready to absorb everything you want to teach. He already knows his name and comes running with a joyful, wagging tail when called. Gus is a natural socialite—he loves seeking out people, plays wonderfully with other dogs, and is gentle around small children. He’s got just the right balance of energy for outdoor adventures or games of fetch, but when playtime is over, he’s content to relax on the couch by your side. Despite not having formal training, Gus is already a crate-training pro, snoozing peacefully through the night and handling over 8 hours in his crate like a champ. If you’re excited for a puppy with all the potential and none of the hassle, Gus is the perfect fit. Whether you’re looking for a hiking buddy, an agility partner, or a loyal, well-mannered family companion, he’s eager to please and ready for his next adventure. As a fun tidbit, Gus was born on September 23, making him a Libra—a lover of harmony and companionship! Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
