He is a remarkable little Chihuahua mix with a unique visual handicap—his right eye is underdeveloped due to either birth or early trauma, leaving him partially to fully blind on one side, and with possible limited vision on the left as well. Despite these challenges, Angelo doesn't let anything hold him back. He runs and plays with great enthusiasm, adapting quickly to new environments just like any other dog. At just two years old, Angelo has a bright future ahead. His sense of the world is truly special, as he finds his toys and treats with determination and enjoyment. Angelo is crate trained and is expected to transition smoothly to house training. While his past is mostly unknown, he is not yet leash trained, but is currently learning so he can enjoy safe, long walks with his future owner. Angelo does best when his food and treats are given under supervision, as he can be protective of his bowl and may resource guard around other dogs. Reward time should always be a monitored activity to ensure his comfort and safety.
