About Eyore
Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now! Eyore is the youngest and smallest member of a spirited trio that came into rescue after being found together. This little guy has a short, low-slung build and a deep chocolate coat, leading many to think he’s part Dachshund. Eyore is the shyest of his group and tends to follow rather than lead, feeling most secure when he has a canine friend nearby. Despite his shyness, he loves to run and play, charming everyone with his adorable looks and energetic antics. He enjoys being held and could thrive as an only pet or alongside a gentle small dog companion. Eyore had a rough start in life, which explains his initial hesitance, so his new home should be patient and willing to build his confidence. At under six months old, he’s expected to remain under 20 lbs. He is crate trained and already understands bathroom manners, but because of his age, this training will need continued reinforcement. Eyore is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on his puppy vaccinations. Born on November 1st, he's a determined Scorpio—known for being loyal and full of heart. They are waiting with paws crossed!
