About Hudson
Your new best friend is just one click away. Meet Hudson! Hudson is a 5-year-old, natural-docked Doberman Pinscher who has been patiently waiting for his forever home since arriving at rescue care in August 2023, following a change in his previous family's housing. When he first arrived, Hudson carried a few extra pounds, but with plenty of exercise and activity, this strong and handsome boy has trimmed down beautifully. Hudson is energetic—he relishes his jolly ball in the yard and can walk for miles, always showing excellent leash manners. He will thrive with someone who enjoys an active lifestyle and can offer him the consistency and ongoing training he needs. In his previous home, Hudson lived successfully with a cat, but given his interest in small critters, any new feline introductions should be careful and slow. He may also get along with a friendly female dog with the right match and slow meet-and-greets. Hudson has quickly become a staff favorite, always eager to offer his paw for a biscuit and ready to show his affectionate, striking self. His ideal home is an adult household seeking a loyal, tall, and affectionate companion to share adventures, long walks, and lots of love. Born on May 29th, this Gemini boy would be a playful and versatile friend who thrives on connection and activity. Think you are the one? Submit an application!
