Kira and Koda
AvailableKira and Koda are large adult Doberman Pinschers, each nearly three years old, sporting striking red coats. Both are spayed or neutered and current on vaccinations. They’re located in Sandown, NH and need to stay together in their new home. As siblings, they have a close bond and are best suited to a Doberman-experienced home ready for their size and temperament.
About Kira and Koda
Meet Kira and Koda! Kira and Koda's journey began with heartbreak after they lost one of their beloved owners, leaving the remaining caregiver unable to keep up with their care. They landed at the rescue as an act of love, offering them the second chance they deserve. These two are tightly bonded Doberman siblings—almost three years old—who really belong together. Both have beautiful red coats and that classic Doberman look. In personality, Kira brings the spunk while Koda is a quieter, laid-back presence. Each sibling walks nicely on leash and has shown staff plenty of affection as they’ve settled in. Koda has recently been neutered and Kira will be spayed soon. Because of their size—over 85 pounds each—and Koda's tendency to react to other dogs and high prey drive, they’ll do best with an owner who knows Dobermans and can provide firm, consistent leadership. They need a home with adults or older kids who understand dogs. Kira and Koda have clearly been loved and cared for, and deserve a home where they can keep growing and thriving, together.
