About Alexis
Alexis is a gorgeous purebred German Shepherd who’s been deeply loved since puppyhood. Her previous owner faced the hard choice to give her up after serious health struggles, and he made a promise that Alexis would only go to a safe, caring home. Now that promise needs keeping. Alexis is loyal, affectionate, and clever. She enjoys both playtime and relaxing at home with her people. She gets along well with children and other dogs, but needs a cat-free environment. She’s been a great companion to her Blue Heeler sister and loves joining in on all kinds of family activities. Alexis would benefit from losing about 20 pounds, so her next chapter should include healthy routines and lots of fun walks. She’s ready for a fresh start with someone who will reciprocate the trust and love she’s always shown. Alexis is waiting for a home where she can feel safe, loved, and part of the family, just as her former owner wished. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
