Meet Claire! She's a two year old, female, Standard Poodle mix. Claire came to us due to no fault of her own. She was just too big for her previous owner! She is such a goofy goober, but is also a very tolerant and confident dog. Her looks are definitely her strong point, her intellect...not so much. If you are looking for a large, empty headed, bundle of love, Claire is your girl! Claire is also a sloppy kisser who could use a good haircut. Her whiskers tend to hold a lot of water. When bathed at the shelter, she did well with washing and brushing, but did not care for the air dryer very much. She would do well in most homes, as she enjoys the company of cats, other dogs, and children. If there are any dogs already in the home, an introduction will need to take place at the shelter prior to adoption. Claire is available to Foster-to-Adopt until she is spayed.
