Coming Soon: Meet Blackjack (available Fri 5/1)! Blackjack is a smart, curious, and affectionate young pup who is already winning hearts wherever he goes. He loves being near his people (a true shadow dog!) but is also happy to explore the yard on his own. He enjoys meeting new friends, has done well visiting public places like breweries and car dealerships, and settles in nicely after a brief moment of shyness. Once he knows you, he's all cuddles on the couch and happy companionship. In his foster home, Blackjack has been playful and social with other dogs and would likely enjoy a home with another energetic canine friend. He rides well in the car, already knows sit (especially when treats are involved!), and absolutely loves toys-especially stuffed Kongs, Wubbas, and yak cheese chews. He's even shown a love for water, happily playing in sprinklers and investigating the pool. Like many puppies his age, Blackjack is still working on a few skills. He's making good progress with house training, is learning to settle in his crate, and will benefit from continued structure and supervision as he grows. With his affectionate personality, playful spirit, and eagerness to learn, Blackjack is going to make a wonderful companion for a family ready for all the fun (and learning!) that comes with a young dog.
