Jasper is a Black Labrador Retriever/mixed breed puppy with a black and white/cream coat. He is approximately 6 months old and is a calm, medium-sized male. Jasper is both house and crate trained, has been neutered, and his vaccinations are up to date. He is currently being fostered through Forever Home Rescue New England.

They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply? Meet Jasper, an incredibly sweet and gentle soul looking for his forever family. At about 6 months old and weighing 47 lbs, Jasper came into rescue alongside his mom, China, after facing the prospect of being chained outside. Now safe in foster care, Jasper’s playful nature shines through—he delights in playtime, treats, toys, and lots of loving petting sessions. Remarkably calm for a puppy, he enjoys romping with other dogs and is also friendly to the cats in his foster home. Jasper is both house and crate trained and is making progress on his leash skills each day. This affectionate boy truly wants a home where cuddles are a daily event—he especially loves snuggling up to his humans at bedtime. Though he’s being fostered in Tennessee and isn’t available for in-person meetings just yet, the joy he’ll bring is worth the wait. Jasper would be a wonderful match for families with children aged 5 or older, and he’s ready to become a cherished part of your home. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
