This sweet boy is Jasper. He is about 6 months old and weighs 47 lbs. Jasper came into rescue with his mom, China (also available on our site). He was looking at life being chained up outside before being surrendered to one of our longtime rescue partners in TN. Like his mom, Jasper enjoys playtime , treats, toys and lots of good petting. He is fairly calm for a puppy, but plays well with the other dogs in his foster home and is even friendly to the cats. He is both house and crate trained and working on his leash skills. Jasper would really love a home where they will share their bed with him as he loves to snuggle up with his human. We hold open house events for our local dogs every Monday from 3-5pm and some Saturday mornings at our rescue located at 106 Adams Street in Medfield. All dogs are up to date on their sots, dewormed and spayed or neutered. Vet fees, transport fee and New England quarantine fees ARE INCLUDED in each dog's adoption fee. Forever Home Rescue makes all of the transportation arrangements. Forever Home Rescue suggests obedience training for all puppies and dogs. Any dogs older than pups--even if they are not marked housetrained in their posting---usually housetrain within a day or two, because most are used to living outside in the South and will prefer to do their business outdoors. Our dogs and pups are best suited for families with children 5 yrs old and up.
