While he was initially unsure and reactive in certain situations, Willy has made impressive progress through consistent training, structure, and positive reinforcement. With time and trust, Willy has shown his sweet and eager-to-please nature. He's learned to stay calm in new environments, respond to commands reliably, and build confidence around the people who once made him nervous.
