She can be a little timid, but is extremely loving. She is mostly black, with one little spot of white on her chest. She loves to snuggle and play! Otter knows how to tug at your heartstrings with the biggest cutest eyes. A very attentive and aware puppy, always checking in on her littermates. Has shown to do great with small children. Her favorite things in the world are treats and sleeping cuddled up with her siblings. Has shown great resiliency while being the runt of the litter. Otter is in need of a foster home ASAP!!
