About Koda
Think you are the one? Submit an application! Koda is an affectionate, smart, and lovable girl who thrives on connection and enjoys giving hugs and being petted. When she attends playgroup, she quickly potties outside, showing clear signs of being house trained. Koda tends to keep to herself but responds well to her environment and gives good, polite corrections when necessary. She’s easy to leash and only pulls slightly on the way to the play yard. Once there, she takes care of business right away and then is ready for a short burst of playful energy. After a quick run, she settles in for close cuddle time, resting her paws on your lap and basking in the affection. Koda delights in giving kisses and will even lean in to be as close as possible if you sit on the ground with her. Koda is very smart—she knows how to sit, lay down, and shake paws with either foot, willingly accepting treats with a gentle touch. Although she chases toys cheerfully, she is still learning the art of retrieving. If she's really comfortable outside, she'd rather roll over for belly rubs than return to her kennel, soaking up every moment of affection. Afterwards, she calmly walks right beside you and goes straight into her kennel with ease. Koda’s gentle nature and eagerness to learn make her an excellent choice for a loving family, especially one ready to welcome a friendly and trainable companion. With a birthday on August 12, Koda is a Leo—she may just be the sunshine your family needs! Your new best friend is just one click away.
