Meet Melody Mist, also known as Nala. With high energy and a larger-than-life personality, Nala brings excitement wherever she goes. She lives for playtime, adores being around people, and thrives in a bustling, active home—especially one with another playful dog for company. She gets along very well with other dogs and is friendly toward cats, though her enthusiasm can overwhelm calmer felines. Nala openly greets both men and women, but her tendency to jump for attention means she needs steady guidance and ongoing training. Because of this, she isn’t the right fit for homes with young children or elderly adults. Nala already knows "sit" and "paw" about seventy percent of the time and never misses a chance to "go get a toy." She is mostly potty trained, though she'll have accidents if not let out regularly. Her kennel routine is solid—she settles well at night—and she does best when given toys to chew on and plenty of supervision. She’s still learning good leash manners but responds best to structure and patient, consistent training. Air makes her uneasy if blown or sprayed, but bath time is no issue. At her core, Nala is a cuddler who wants to be wherever her people are, preferably curled up on the bed or sofa. She relaxes best when allowed to lounge with her humans.
