Lady is a 1.5-year-old female Yorkie mix whose happy, easygoing spirit is as infectious as her terrier smile. Surrendered in Oklahoma when her previous family couldn't manage her care, Lady underwent successful liver shunt surgery and has made a full recovery. She just eats a lower protein diet now; otherwise, she's healthy, peppy, and ready for whatever comes next. Lady weighs about 10 pounds and is the type of dog who makes friends everywhere—dogs and people included. She adjusts well to canine company, but is also fine soaking up attention as the only dog at home. She is house trained, crate trained, and leash trained. Day-to-day, Lady needs little more than love, a good routine, and a diet her vet recommends. She’s relaxed in the home and up for adventures outside.
