Hi... I'm Cojo. I'm a two year old Shih Tzu, and I weigh about 11 pounds, though I think I'm carrying a few extra pounds of sticker burrs, and mystery fluff at the moment. When I was found as a stray, I was pretty tangled up in life... literally. My fur was matted, covered in stickers, and it's safe to say I wasn't exactly living my best look. But here's the thing... underneath all of that, I'm still just a sweet, playful little guy who really loves people. Even though my start was a little rough, I haven't let it change who I am. I still get excited to see you, I still want to play, and I still believe that every new person could be my person. CAMO is still getting to know me, but they already see what I feel inside... a happy little heart just waiting to shine. I've got a spa day coming up, and I can't wait to see what I look like when all this "extra" is gone. Something tells me I might be pretty handsome under here... okay, very handsome. What I really want, though, isn't just a makeover. I want a home. A soft place to land, someone to love me, and a chance to finally be cared for the way I've always deserved. They're calling me a diamond in the rough, and I think they might be right. I just need someone willing to see past the mess and give me the life I've been waiting for. Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee. Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs.
