Wendy is a gentle, sweet, and easygoing girl with a naturally calm presence. She gets along beautifully with other dogs and has a lovely social style-if another dog comes on a bit strong, she calmly de-escalates or respectfully asks for space. She is housebroken and was clearly well cared for and loved. Wendy is a true "Velcro dog" who enjoys staying close to her person, happily following you from room to room without being overly demanding for attention. She simply wants to be near her people. Playful and surprisingly agile for her age, she enjoys toys and light playtime, and she moves with ease and flexibility. She has excellent manners around resources with no signs of food or possession issues. At night, she sleeps peacefully and quietly without needing a crate, and so far has not shown a strong need for confinement. On leash, Wendy walks very well and is a pleasure to take out and about. She has a kind, cooperative nature and genuinely seems to want to do the right thing. With slow, supervised introductions, she appears to be potentially workable with cats. Overall, Wendy is a soft-hearted, affectionate companion who brings a quiet joy to those around her-a truly delightful dog with a loving spirit.
