About Vivian
Vivian nearly didn't get her chance; she spent her early days overlooked in a pound, quiet and deeply shy, especially around men. At just over two and a half years old, this medium-sized bully mix is all about second chances. In foster since April, Vivian first arrived closed-off and anxious but has slowly started to trustāespecially womenāand show hints of her gentle nature. She finds comfort in her kennel, loves her stuffy toys, and spends thoughtful moments gazing out the patio window. Vivian does best around small dogs who help her feel safe and less alone. She hasnāt mastered house training yet and isnāt kennel trained, and walks can get a bit enthusiastic with her leash pulling. Outside, though, you can tell sheās happy to be part of the world. Mealtime remains a work-in-progress; she needs a slow feeder or puzzle bowl to avoid racing through her food, and she may tip her bowl if not watched. Vivian is not the sort of dog who greets everyoneābut she is the kind who builds loyalty through slow, careful trust. With a patient person, sheās making daily strides away from her old fears. Sheās proof that even quiet, wounded animals can transform into loving companions with time and care. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!

Questions about Vivian
What type of living environment is this breed usually best suited for?
Vivian, a bully mix, thrives in a stable, calm home that provides structure and a sense of safety. Consistent routines and patient owners make the biggest difference for dogs with her background.
How much outdoor space does this breed typically need?
A medium-sized dog like Vivian appreciates a fenced yard or a space to get exercise, but sheāll be happy with regular walks and time outside to explore and decompress.
Is this breed typically suitable for homes with children?
Bulldog mixes can do well with kids, but because Vivian is shy and needs time to build trust, a quieter adult household or homes with older children who understand boundaries may be best for her.
