Sweet little Pepper came out of a hoarding situation. She is not very confident and easily scared. She needs someone to give her some time to adjust to them, to be patient with her, to never raise their voices at her and just love her. She is not house trained, in fact, she use the house floor and it was never picked up. She lived in filth and feces with 19 other dogs. But she is sweet as can be, if timid. She needs a quiet home, not the best dog for kids to be around, but she is just perfect for a single person or couple in a quiet home. She is good with cats (she is scared of them) and ok with other small dogs, but she is not at all fond of big dogs.
