About Tater Tot
Tater Tot is a tiny, spayed Chihuahua mix with a dash of cream in her fur and a personality much bigger than her eight-pound frame. Found stray, she’s adapted quickly to home life and now thrives in foster care, getting along well with her two small canine buddies. Tater Tot enjoys daily strolls and rides in the car, but she’s just as content curled up on the couch for hours. She’s made strong progress with house training and hasn’t had accidents since settling in. Crate confinement overnight leads to some barking, yet she’ll relax inside the crate when she’s in the mood. Tater Tot isn’t a fit for a home with cats, and her small size means she’ll do best with adults, older children, or families with other small dogs. She’s affectionate in quirky ways—giving gentle hair nibbles or staring you down with soulful eyes. Bravery comes naturally to her; she wants to be part of whatever’s happening and doesn’t shy away from new experiences. If you want a low-key, loving, and slightly peculiar companion, Tater Tot is worth meeting. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
