Meet River! River came to CCHS earlier this April from a local farm. This gorgeous Chow mix is about 11 months old and weighs roughly 44ls currently. River is the sweetest lovergirl with the friendliest demeanor! She has a constant wagging tail and will try to steal as many kisses as you'll let her! River would benefit from a furever family that understands her grooming and stimulation needs. While we aren't entirely certain what her exact breed makeup is, we can tell you she is 100% Embodiment of a Ray of Sunshine! The adoption fee is $300. Adoption applications can be filled out at CCHS or online through our website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. Applications are not first come, first served. All applications will be reviewed by the adoption committee and the home chosen will be the one considered to be the best match. All dogs and puppies have been vaccinated for Distemper and Bordetella, dewormed and microchipped. If old enough, they will be vaccinated for Rabies and blood tested for Heartworm, Lymes, Anaplasmosis and Ehrlichiosis. Dogs and puppies will be spayed or neutered before adoption.
