Meet Thor! Thor came to CCHS as an owner surrender after his owner had to take on caring for their family member. This handsome Red Heeler mix is about 1 year old and weighs roughly 28.5lbs currently. Thor is a total loverboy! He has a friendly demeanor and is down for any adventure! Thor would benefit from an active family that can help burn off some of that energy he has! With any rescue, training and socialization are incredibly important to the success of the dog. The adoption fee is $100. Adoption applications can be filled out at CCHS or online through our website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. Applications are not first come, first served. All applications will be reviewed by the adoption committee and the home chosen will be the one considered to be the best match. All dogs and puppies have been vaccinated for Distemper and Bordetella, dewormed and microchipped. If old enough, they will be vaccinated for Rabies and blood tested for Heartworm, Lymes, Anaplasmosis and Ehrlichiosis. Dogs and puppies will be spayed or neutered before adoption.
