This 2-year-old, 15-pound Chihuahua mix fills her days with cuddles, playful fetch sessions, and making cozy nests out of blankets. Pepper is eager for affection—she’ll dole out kisses for as long as you let her and adores learning with food-based rewards. She knows commands like "touch," "sit," and "crate," and she’s a good candidate for learning more tricks. Pepper’s history is a bit of a mystery, but she’s proven to be a sweet companion in foster care. That said, she’s also fearful—her nervousness can come out as barking, vocalizing, or avoiding new people.
