Meet Smokey. Smokey is a beautiful 2-month-old Shepard/Husky mix. At 16 pounds, Smokey is one of the smaller of the "Bear Litter", but not by a lot. He, along with his five brothers and one sister are a litter of furry, fun-loving and playful pups, who are as sweet as they are cute. Smokey is one of the shorter haired puppies of the litter. It is a beautiful tan/brown with black at the ends. Smokey is very social. He loves to explore and wrestle with his siblings, often being one of the last ones to stop. He is also one of the most affectionate of the litter, willing to just sit on foster mom's lap as long as he's allowed to. He has puppy energy now, but is likely to be a medium energy dog as an adult. He uses puppy pads reliably, and is ready to start his potty training. He will probably be a large dog when fully grown. So, he would be best in a home with a fenced in yard where he can play freely, but it is not required. Smokey is a very sweet, affectionate and curious puppy. As with all puppies, he will need to be taught boundaries and be given the opportunity for regular exercise.
