About Sweet Tater
Sweet Tater is a 9-month-old French Bulldog settling into her foster home in Bonney Lake, WA. She’s an incredibly people-focused pup who always wants to be close by, happy to snuggle whenever given the chance. Tater isn’t leash trained or housebroken yet, but she’s picking things up quickly and already adjusting to a new daily routine. She does get a bit anxious when left alone and isn’t a fan of the crate, which is common for a young dog going through transitions. Right now, Sweet Tater is healing from a lower jaw fracture with a plate in place; she’ll need continued soft foods and activity restriction until her vet clears her, likely in about six weeks. Despite her recovery, she gets along well with both dogs and cats. She’s a bit cautious with large dogs at first, but she warms up. She’s gentle with cats and doesn’t show much prey drive, though her past suggests she might chase chickens if given the chance. Tater handles car rides well and settles quickly. She can go up stairs but hasn’t figured out how to go down alone. Her play style and toy preferences are still a mystery while she's under vet orders to rest, but her sweet, adaptable nature is already shining through. Click apply to start the adoption process.
