About Wolfie

Wolfie is a confident, independent 9-week-old German Shepherd mix named after his "lone wolf" spirit. At 16 lbs, this handsome boy is often happy to do his own thing, but once he warms up he absolutely loves cuddles and quality time with his people. Wolfie is a quieter, more easygoing puppy who seems mature for his age. He is already doing very well with potty training for such a young pup, with only a few accidents and great progress using puppy pads and going outside regularly. Wolfie has also started learning about crate time and is adjusting nicely. Wolfie gets along with other dogs and could enjoy a playful canine companion, but he also seems like a puppy who would thrive as the center of attention in his own home. He has lived around cats and shown little interest, and he does well with children too. He's content entertaining himself with toys, especially big chew bones that he loves to pounce on and toss around. As a German Shepherd mix, Wolfie will grow into an intelligent and active dog who will need exercise and mental enrichment as he matures. A fenced yard would be a plus, though not required with a committed family who can meet his activity needs. If you're looking for a sweet, independent puppy who will be a loyal best friend, Wolfie may be your perfect match!
