About Reid
Make their next chapter their best one yet. Meet Reid, a tan pup with an adorable white marking on his chest, the cutest floppy ears, and a lively curly tail. Reid has an adventurous spirit and is always eager to explore every nook and cranny of his surroundings. He loves being entertained by the sounds from the TV and came to Minnesota from New Mexico alongside his siblings—though he’s still trying to decide about the snow! Reid is making great strides with potty training in his foster home, though he still has the occasional inside accident. While he’s not the biggest fan of his kennel, the presence of treats and people helps him settle in. At night, he sleeps peacefully in bed with his humans and delights in sleeping in during the mornings. This playful guy is eager to learn tricks—he’s picking up “sit” quickly and would enjoy training classes where he’s sure to shine with some attention and tasty rewards. Reid cherishes human companionship and likes being close to his people, often coming when called. He gets along well with his foster brother, a larger Pittie mix, and loves games of tug and chase. While sometimes shy, especially with large dogs, his confidence is growing every day. Reid enjoys squeaky stuffy toys, a good bone, and tries out his Kong Wobbler for treats. He’s playful all day and transforms into a cuddly companion once he’s worn out. Always curious, new sights and smells set his tail wagging, and he’s ready to find out if you might be his perfect match. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
