He's comfortable being picked up, but he's also independent enough that he doesn't need to be held all the time-he's perfectly content doing his own thing nearby. He does great with kids of all ages and would make a wonderful addition to a family home. While he hasn't met other cats or dogs in rescue, his gentle and adaptable nature suggests he would likely do well with proper introductions.
