About Soul

Soul is a 6-year-old red Labrador with a sweet white face and a knack for bringing smiles wherever she goes. After life on a breeding farm, she’s discovered that home can mean belly rubs, games of fetch, and plenty of affection. Her foster family calls her Little Bear for good reason—she has that soft, teddy-bear look and a tail that never stops wagging. Personality-wise, Soul is a shadow dog—she wants to be at your side, inside and out. She welcomes everyone and isn’t shy around strangers; people and food are two of her favorite things. She’s playful without being over-the-top, happy to zoom around the yard or go for a stroll, but she’s just as content to nap quietly at your feet. Soul sleeps in bed with her foster family but does well in her crate during the day. She’s house trained and knows sit, down, and stay. Leash manners and "drop it" are still on the to-do list—especially when socks are involved. After long walks and play, she likes to wind down with the pack. She gets along with other dogs and children, and she’s ready to become someone’s best friend. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
