She is happiest being the center of attention, thanks to her fun personality and preference for being with male dogs.
About Cashmere
Cashmere is a joyful, spirited dog who never misses out on a chance to splash in the water—give her a kiddie pool in the summer and she'll play for hours. True to her playful side, she enjoys tearing around the yard with her favorite male canine friends. Cashmere likes to call the shots, especially with other female dogs, so she’s happiest either as your one-and-only or paired with a fun-loving male dog. Weighing in at a practical 45 pounds, she's ideal for anyone who enjoys adventures or good walks. At about 7 years old, Cashmere comes with a gentle soul. Her early years weren’t ideal, having grown up in a multi-dog hoarding situation, so she can come across as a bit reserved when meeting new people or exploring unfamiliar places. Once she trusts you—often faster than expected—she soaks up affection and lights up when given encouragement. On leash, she’s pretty agreeable, only occasionally needing some extra encouragement in new settings like vet visits. Cashmere is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and on heartworm preventative.
