Meet Boromir From the "Lord of the Rings Litter," Boromir is a 9-week-old fluffy, bold-hearted pup with a playful spirit and a striking half-white, half-dark sable coat that makes him truly stand out. Much like his namesake Boromir, this boy has presence-brave, affectionate, and always ready to step right into the middle of the action (or the cuddle pile!). Boromir is up for anything life brings his way. He loves to play, enjoys the company of other dogs, and has a confident, social nature that helps him fit right in with canine companions. After a good round of puppy energy, he's just as happy to settle down for cuddles with his people. He hasn't met cats yet, but with slow and proper introductions, we believe he could adjust well. He has done well with teenagers and adults so far and may do well with children given appropriate introductions and supervision. With a Great Pyrenees/Shepherd mix dad and a Great Pyrenees/Shepherd mix auntie mom, Boromir is expected to grow into a large, sturdy dog-likely around 65-85 pounds when fully grown. He's fluffy, strong-looking, and still very much a puppy learning the basics of indoor life after being raised mostly outdoors, so he will need a patient family to help him adjust and continue building confidence in a home environment. While his namesake was known for his courage and loyalty to Gondor, this Boromir's greatest mission is far simpler: finding a loving forever home. His bravery is best expressed through toy battles, zoomies, and asking for just one more cuddle. Please note that Boromir does not come from working livestock guardian lines and would not be suitable for guarding flocks or herds.
