Meet Gimli Straight from the "Lord of the Rings Litter," Gimli is a fluffy, lovable pup who's ready to join your fellowship! Much like Gimli himself, this sweet boy is loyal, brave at heart, and always up for an adventure-or a well-earned nap afterward. He is 9 weeks old. Gimli is a playful, affectionate puppy who's happy to be part of whatever you're doing. Whether it's romping around with other dogs, exploring the yard, or curling up for some quality cuddle time, he's all in. He gets along great with other dogs and would likely thrive in a home with a canine companion. With a Great Pyrenees/Shepherd mix dad and a Labrador mix mom, Gimli is expected to grow into a large, handsome dog-likely around 60-85 pounds when fully grown. He's fluffy, charming, and still very much a puppy, learning the ropes of indoor life after spending most of his early days outside. He'll need a patient family ready to help him adjust and continue learning all the basics of being a house dog. While Gimli hasn't spent time with younger children yet, he has done well with teenagers and adults, and we think he could do well with kids given proper introductions and supervision. He hasn't met cats yet either, but with slow, thoughtful introductions, he may adapt just fine. Despite his noble name, this Gimli is less about guarding kingdoms and more about guarding your spot on the couch. It's important to note that he does not come from working livestock guardian lines and would not be suited for guarding flocks or herds-he's much more interested in companionship than patrol duty.
