Meet Knuckles, the 1.5 year old Mastiff Mix! Knuckles was found abandoned and tied to our front door one morning. We know very little about his time before coming here but we have gotten to know Knuckles very closely since coming to us! He is a pro tug athlete, and learning the art of fetch day by day. His big goofy personality can make it difficult to walk, but he respects boundaries and thrives in structure, making each time out on a leash easier and easier. After a good training or play session, Knuckles is ready for some peace and quite. He rests as hard as he plays! Knuckles needs a strong leadership role in his life. Someone who can balance play and structure to help him continue growing into a fulfilled and happy pup. He is a motivated dog, and eager to work with his person. Knuckles isn't quite ready to enter into play groups, but his brief interactions with other dogs have been very positive and we believe he is going to be fairly dog friendly.
