Meet Celia!! Celia is a 5-year-old female Schnauzer born 7/5/20 who weighs 15 pounds. Celia was born in a puppy mill and has raised lots of babies in her 5 short years of life. This girl deserves a life of love and pampering. Celia has really come out of her shell in her foster home! Foster momma has worked hard to teach her to be comfortable on the leash. She is crate trained, good with dogs, kids, and cats. She understands potty outside, but will need adjustment time in a new home. We are requiring a fenced yard for her safety, and another dog to help her adjust to life.
